Greetings from Kidz Symphony by Teacher Veil! Kidz Symphony by Teacher Veil in partnership with the DLSU-D Chorale would like to invite you to attend a 4 day seminar aiming to equip educators and students in Music, Arts, Physical Education and Health. Kidz Symphony by Teacher Veil Music School is founded by Mr. Veil Luis Litan studied Bachelor of Music Major in Voice at the University of the Philippines Diliman , was a vocal coach of Promil I Shine for Trumpets in 2009, and an alumnus of two world renowned choral groups in the Philippines - the Ateneo College Glee Club and the University of the Philippines Madrigal Singers. One of our goals is to introduce Musical Concepts to the community, so that they will have a strong foundation in Music, and will be able to choose whatever craft they would want to develop in the future. In line with this we are organizing a series of workshops and seminars to help educators be equipped to be able to share their knowledge and help us with our advocacy. These seminars aim to: •

Craft Lecture - presentations from different resource speakers about certain specific special topics, concerns, or issues in the instruction of MAPEH. Topics may include but are not limited to domains such as - curriculum, instructional materials, global trends, integration of ASEAN ideals, alignment MTB-MLE etc Conducting and Ensemble - beating technique, participation in ensembles, and organization of MAPEH activities, etc Music and Arts History - intensive short course with a periodic overview of the historical development of music and arts. Measurement, Evaluation, and Assessment in MAPEH - A writing workshop on creating scoring tools, types of assessment for learners, and authentic/traditional assessment suited for MAPEH instruction Music and Arts Pedagogy - concentrates on the strategies and on the facilitating of learning in MAPEH.
