Greetings, High School Families and Students, and Welcome to the 20162017 school year! My name is Ms. Linda Rahardjo, High School Director of Hybrid program, and I supervise the student advisors in the main program pathway. At Inspire, we strongly believe in providing personalized learning paths for our high school students which was why we established the Advisory program. We want to ensure that your children are supported academically, emotionally, and socially. We have two student advisors (Cecibel Bermeo and Shannon Elithorpe) who serve students in the Antelope Valley and three student advisors (Jonathan Campos, Jillian Vickers, Carmen Baltazar) who serve the rest of Southern California. They are all college graduates who have strong passion in working with high school students and mentoring them through their high school experience; they understand what it was like to go through high school and asking questions ranging in topics from finances to college and career options. They can relate to needing someone who will consistently be there to guide them through their academics and social needs. Ms. Linda Rahardjo Director of Hybrid
Enrichment Academies Inspire Charter School has 10 Enrichment Academies (EA) where students can attend to meet with a content teacher and advisor. They are able to provide help on content, college and career support, enrichment activities and extracurricular activities such as clubs for all students. Check them out here ! Your student advisors want to hear from YOU! Please let us know what types of activities and supports you would like to see at your EA by clicking here.
One of our main goals is to develop connections and relationships between the advisors, teachers, students, and parents/guardians in an effort to create an optimal learning environment and support system. I am positive that the advisory program will meet your child’s needs as they journey through their high school career.
