Minutes of Memorial Service Meeting July 13, 2014 Held in the basement of Molesworth Church to avoid wet and windy weather Board Members Present: Bert Mitchell, Howard Mitchell, and Manager, Alyson Nyiri. About 30 plot owners and visitors also attended. Regrets: Anne Mitchell, Carol Wildgoose, Jim Kerr, Janet Stilling, Bonnie Brown and June MacEwen. June attended and again stated that she must resign from active Board membership. Secretary pro tem: Bert Mitchell and Alyson Nyiri agreed to draft the record of discussion and share it with the Board for comment. Meeting called to order at 2:45 PM by Chair, Bert Mitchell The Chair requested statements of interest by persons willing to stand for election to the Board. Alan Kerr and Donald MacEwen each stated their interest. Diane Parker presented her interest in a statement made on her behalf by Alyson Nyiri. Current Board members expressing interest included: Howard Mitchell (Treasurer), Jim Kerr, Janet Stilling, Carol Wildgoose and Bert Mitchell. Anne Mitchell would like to continue as a Board member. The reports of the April 16, 2014, June 18, 2014 and July 13, 2104 meetings will be carried forward for later approval. The donations made at the Memorial Service amounted to $1,666.40. The fall meeting will be held on October 1, 2014. Meeting Adjourned. The report of the Manager is attached.
