MOLESWORTH CEMETERY MINUTES OF TRUSTEE BOARD MEETING HELD BY CONFERENCE CALL 8:00 PM, January 8, 2014

Attendees:  Bert Mitchell, Howard Mitchell, Jim Kerr, Carol Wildgoose, Alyson Nyiri (Mgr) Regrets:  Bonnie Brown, June MacEwen, Anne Mitchell and Janet Stilling 1. Howard Mitchell moved approval of the minutes of the December 4, 2013 Board Meeting and 

Carol Wildgoose seconded the motion. It passed unanimously. 2. Change in Banking Institution:

Howard Mitchell moved that, The Molesworth Cemetery transfer its bank services to  United Communities Credit Union in Listowel Ontario and that any two (2) of the  following persons, acting together, be authorized to withdraw or transfer funds:  Howard  Mitchell, Carol Wildgoose, and Jim Kerr.  Bert Mitchell seconded the motion.  The motion  was approved. 3. Civil Case – Boundary Dispute:

The Board reviewed the discussion of the January 3, 2014 conference call which involved John  Schenk, Bert Mitchell, Howard Mitchell, Carol Wildgoose, and Alyson Nyiri.  Howard  Mitchell will make the presentation on behalf of the Cemetery and is making good progress in  finalizing his presentation.  He will share the draft of it with Carol, Alyson and Bert for  comment.  Don MacMillan’s signature is needed on his affidavit.  No new Board action arose  from the review of the Conference Call.  4. By­Laws 2014:

By­Laws 2014 are posted at the Cemetery and notice of new By­Laws will be published in the  Listowel Banner this week.  Alyson is to “deliver to each supplier of markers who has  delivered a marker to the Cemetery during the previous year, if the By­Laws or By­Laws  amendment pertains to markers or their installation,” These By­Laws should be ready for submission to the Registrar in early February. 5. Levelling Monuments:

Jim Kerr expects to have a contractor level some headstones in May 2014. 6. Chair for 2015:
