CHAPTER 5 FEES Section 1. Statement of Purpose. These Board Rules are adopted to implement the Board's authority to determine and collect reasonable fees. Section 2.
General Information.
(a) Fees shall be payable in the exact amount, by money order or cashier’s check, for all services and shall be paid in advance of the services rendered. Application and renewal fees may also be paid by personal check. (b)
All fees collected by the Board are non-refundable.
Section 3. Fees. Services for which the Board charges a fee shall include but is not be limited to the following fee schedule. (a)
