Exterior door to Victim stated that she arrived to work and noticed that victim’s office was the exterior door that leads to her office had been forced open. forced open and her office had been ransacked. She also noticed that her laptop that was on her desk was missing. >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Witness who lives in the area of school observed a Citizens that suspicious subject looking through the windows of the observe school on three different occasions. suspicious activity Witness described the subject as a B/M, dark skinned, like this should 5-9 to 6-0 180 to 200lbs wearing a black coat and immediately call pants and an orange jersey. 911 and report Officer's observed the video of the office area and incident to the noticed that on Sunday 11/09/2014 at approx. police! >>>>>>>> 12:51pm a suspicious subject matching the description given by witness was looking into the victim’s door. He was then seen walking away. Officers did not see suspect enter the building but believe this is the subject responsible for B&E.

Details Victim states that sometime between 9:00pm and the following day @ 2:00pm All 4 Wheels And Tires were stolen from her 2013 Ford Escape. The vehicle was parked in victim’s carport. Victim advises sometime between 8:00am1:00pm someone cut off the catalytic converter from her 2011 Honda Element. Victim stated she parked at the school at 7:30am. When she went to leave at 12:09pm she found the window broken out and her lunch box missing. Victim parked her vehicle in her driveway around 9:00 pm and the vehicle was intact. The following morning at 8:00 am she noticed the tires/rims were stolen, the vehicle was left propped up on cinder blocks. Victim advises that All Four Center Caps were taken from his vehicle sometime between 10:40am- 2:00pm.

Wallet containing numerous Credit Cards, Gift Cards and Cash.

Victim advises a moving box packed with several items was shipped to victims residence in Southfield. After arriving at victim’s house it was discovered that the merchandise inside the box was gone. Victim advises she arrived at work (7:00am) and put her purse on a chair in the lunch room. (The lunch room isn’t locked.) At 4:00pm victim received a call from her bank advising suspicious activity on one of her credit cards. One of the transactions occurred at a Gas Station located in the 29000 Block of Northwestern on 11/11/14 at 3:44pm. The card was swiped in the store and the receipt was signed. Victim went to the store and obtained a copy of the signed receipt and was able to view the gas station video. An older black male is seen using the card and signing the receipt. Victim doesn’t recognize the person in the video from her job. Incident is under investigation.

As a result of a Domestic Situation victim advises she fled her apartment fearing a physical confrontation with her male friend. When victim returned to her apartment she discovered that her male friend had fled with her house keys and a sum of money from her purse. Suspect has been identified and incident is under investigation.

Victim advises after shopping at business he returned to his vehicle and left the parking lot. Victim suddenly realized that he left his cell phone in his shopping cart. Victim returned to business and his cell phone was gone. I-Phone was taken. Victim stated that he was with a female escort in his hotel room. At some point victim opened the door to the room and was confronted by an armed subject. The suspect appeared intoxicated and had a beer in his other hand. The victim then left the room and went to the lobby to see the manager. Victim advised manager of the incident and wanted her to advise them to leave his room. The manager went to victim’s room and advised the suspect & the escort to leave the room. (suspects complied and left) The manager rekeyed his room with a new pass key and when he returned to the room both suspects were gone and they had taken the Flat Screen TV that was in the room. Suspect has been identified and incident is under investigation. Victim advises that sometime between 9:00pm and the following day at 2:00pm someone stole All Four Wheels & Tires from his 2013 Ford Escape. The vehicle was parked in victim’s carport.

Special Attention: Possible CSC Incident 11/11/2014 9:53pm 20000 Block of Sherman Officers dispatched on a report of a minor possibly being sexually assaulted. Officers investigated and found a 14 year old minor who was in the system as a run-away from Detroit. Female would not offer any information regarding a sexual assault. Parents were notified and took their daughter to hospital for an exam due to their belief that the daughter was not being truthful. Incident is under investigation.

OWI- 1- Arrest 11/11/2014 8 Mile/ Evergreen Rd. Officer observed a vehicle driving without its headlights on. Officer continued to follow the vehicle and observed several other driving infractions and stopped the vehicle. After an investigation it was determined that the driver was intoxicated and was arrested for OWI.

Special Attention: Shots Fired/ MDOP 11/16/2014 2:08am 28000 Block of Northwestern Officers dispatched to the 28000 Block of Northwestern (night club), on a report of the sound of gunshots coming from the parking lot. Officer arrived on scene and spoke to the security person. The Security Person told Officers that he had to put out several subjects due to fighting in the bar. He then observed a B/M firing a handgun at the building and fled in an unknown vehicle. The rounds struck the glass window of the business located in the 28000 Block of Northwestern, and a vehicle that was parked and unoccupied. No injuries were reported. Incident is under investigation.

OWI- 1- Arrest 11/11/2014 Lasher Rd./ Brookside Officer was running radar and observed a vehicle travelling above the posted speed limit and stopped it. It was determined that the driver had been consuming intoxicating beverages and an OWI investigation was conducted. Investigation revealed that the driver was intoxicated and was arrested for OWI.

OWI- 1- Arrest 11/13/2014 Northwestern/ Franklin Rd. Officer observed a vehicle weaving N/B on Northwestern. Officer stopped the vehicle and investigated the driver for OWI. The driver was subsequently arrested for OWI III and lodged at the station.

CCW- 1- Arrest 11/14/2014 M-10/ Southfield Rd. Officer stopped a vehicle for a speeding violation. The driver was evasive about providing his identity. Further investigation revealed the suspect had a handgun in his vehicle located where he was keeping his ID. He does not have a CPL. The driver was arrested and lodged.

OWI III- 1- Arrest 11/15/2014 Telegraph/ 12 Mile Rd. Officer observed a vehicle travelling N/B in the S/B lanes of Telegraph Road. The vehicle was stopped and it was determined that the driver was operating his vehicle while intoxicated. The driver had two previous convictions for OWI.

Drug Seizure 11/15/2015 21000 Block of Melrose St.

(Commercial Parcel Delivery Business) Officers were alerted to two suspicious packages. The packages were inspected and an unknown amount of suspected marijuana was located in the packages. A Southfield Police Evidence Technician Field Tested samples of the suspected marijuana. The result was positive for possible presence of marijuana. The property was seized and placed into property.

Trespassing/ Possession of Marijuana 1- Arrest 11/12/2014 3:38am 22000 W Eight Mile Rd. (Gas Station) Officers were dispatched to investigate a Domestic Situation at a Gas Station in the 22000 Block of Eight Mile Rd. Officers arrived and discovered two subjects inside the gas station and both were intoxicated. The male half was creating a disturbance at the business and was escorted off the property and advised on trespassing. After returning to the gas station to speak with the female half, the male half returned to the gas station and again began to create a disturbance. The male half was arrested for Trespassing. During the search incident to the arrest Officers recovered suspected marijuana on his person. A Southfield Police Evidence Technician Field Tested a sample of the suspected marijuana. The result was positive for possible presence of marijuana.
