The Seminar aims to: I. help the participants understand the concept of the RPMS; 2. enable them to enumerate the indicators of RPMS; 3. provide them with a clear understanding of each indicator and how is it being interpreted; 4. upgrade the year-end performance of a teacher; and 5. compare the indicators of the RPMS of some countries in Asia and Europe. The target participants are the school administrators, supervisors, principals, coordinators, head teachers, preschool teachers, teacher applicants and all interested classroom teachers from both public and private schools.
