Key messages

Event ประมาณการ 2Q60 lmpact การเติบโตที่แข็งแกร่ งใน 2Q60F จะถูกฉุดโดยปัจจัยที่ควบคุมไม่ ได้ เราคาดว่ายอดขายใน 2Q60 จะเติบโตแข็งแกร่ งอยูท่ ี่US$370 ล้าน (+16.4% YoY และ +7.9% QoQ) จาก คาสัง่ ซื้ อของธุรกิจในกลุ่ม data centerแต่อย่างไรก็ตาม ค่าเงินบาที่แข็งขึ้นส่ งผลให้ยอดขายในสกุลเงิน บาทอยูท่ ี่ 1.26 หมื่นล้านบาท (+11.9% YoY และ +4.0% QoQ) กาไรสุ ทธิ ใน2Q60F อยูท่ ี่ 650ล้านบาท (51.1% YoY และ -51.8% QoQ) จาก i) รายการพิเศษ 800 ล้านบาทจากการตั้งสารองกรณี คดี ภาษีเงินได้ และii) อัตรากาไรขั้นต้นที่ลดลงจากการเปลี่ยนโครงสร้างรายได้หลังจากการทารายการระหว่างกัน โดย เราคาดว่าอัตรากาไรขั้นต้นจะลดลงจาก 26.5% ใน 1Q60 เหลือ 26.0% ใน 2Q17F กาไรปกติใน 2Q60F อยูท่ ี่ 1.4 พันล้านบาท (+8.2% YoY และ +6.1% QoQ) และคาดว่ากาไรปกติใน 1H60 จะอยูท่ ี่ 2.7 พันล้านบาท คิดเป็ นสัดส่วน 45% ของประมาณการปี นี้ท้ งั ปี ของเรา เริ่มเข้ าสู่ ช่วงของการเติบโตและมีแนวโน้ มสดใส ถึงแม้วา่ สัดส่ วนรายได้จากกลุ่มยานพาหนะไฟฟ้ า (Electric vehicles)จะคิดเป็ นแค่ 10% ของยอดขายรวม ในปี 2559 แต่เราเชื่ อว่ายอดขายในกลุ่มนี้ จะเป็ นตัวหลักที่สร้างการเติบโตให้กบั บริ ษทั ซึ่ งทางบริ ษทั เอง ตั้งเป้ าที่ จะเพิ่ ม ยอดขายสิ น ค้าต่อรถยนต์ห นึ่ งคัน ให้ สู งขึ้ น นอกจากนี้ รายงานของ Gartner และบท วิเคราะห์ของทีมวิจยั KGI ไต้หวัน ยังชี้ ว่าธุ รกิ จ server ในปี 2560 F น่ าจะโตได้ถึง 4.8% YoY จากการ เติบโตของอุปสงค์ data center ของภาคธุ รกิจ ซึ่ งจะเป็ นอี กหนึ่ งธุ รกิ จที่ สามารถช่ วยสร้ างการเติบโต ให้กบั DELTA ได้เนื่ องจากธุรกิจนี้ คิดเป็ นสัดส่ วน 45-50% ของรายได้รวม หุ้นซื้อขายกันที่ Premium เนื่องจากมีเงินสดในมืออยู่ในระดับสู ง ในปัจจุบนั ราคาหุ้น DELTA ซื้อขายอยูท่ ี่ระดับ PER ที่ 18.5X ในขณะที่ PER เฉลี่ยอยูท่ ี่ 13.7X เท่านั้น เราเชื่ อว่า DELTA สมควรจะมี premium จากการที่อุตสาหกรรมกาลังอยูใ่ นวัฏจักรขาขึ้น ในขณะที่ บริ ษทั เองก็มีเงินสดในมืออยูใ่ นระดับสู ง โดยเมื่อวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2560 บริ ษทั มีเงินสด1.89 หมื่นล้าน บาท (คิดเป็ น 41% ของสิ นทรัพย์รวม) เท่ากับ 15.20 บาทต่อหุ้น ซึ่ งหมายความว่าถึงแม้จะไม่มีกาไรจาก การดาเนิ นงานเลย บริ ษทั ก็ยงั สามารถจ่ายปั นผลต่อไปได้อีกห้าปี Valuation & Action เราแนะนาให้ถือ โดยให้ราคาเป้ าหมายปี 2560 ที่ 82.00 บาท อิงจาก PER ที่ 17.0X (ค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่ม +1 S.D.) เราคิดว่าหุ ้น DELTA สมควรจะซื้ อขายโดยมี premiumจากยอดขายในกลุ่มยานยนต์ และ การ เติบโตของ server ถึงแม้วา่ ผลประกอบการอาจจะมีความเสี่ ยงจากการแข็งค่าของเงินบาทและการ ปรับเปลี่ยนโครงสร้างรายได้ ทั้งนี้เราอาจจะมีการทบทวนการคาดการณ์อีกครั้งหลังการประกาศงบ 2Q60
