I have the true honor of welcoming you as we prepare for the beginning of the 2017-18 school year. As both your new superintendent, and as a ne\,v Hanover High School parent, I am excited and grateful for the opportunity to join your school community. My family and I have been impressed by the high value the Hanover community places on education. After only a month, it is obvious to me that there is tremendous public support for our schools, which deserves a reciprocal commitment from those of us charged with the education of your children, Based on my preliminary interactions with our teachers and administrators, I am confident that we have a highly talented and dedicated team of educators. That said, I believe that even a high performing school with a healthy and supportive culture can improve.
