Additionally, the engineer in this position be able to check and correct problems that arise through root cause analysis and interim containment actions. AP Vehicle Programmer Principal Responsibilities & Duties: • Develop production allocation for FTM/FIL/FMCSA/CHINA sourced production to deliver maximum optimization of plant and part capacity. Engineer – PVT Powertrain Position Purpose: • Develop/Manage/Own BSAQ roadmaps to deliver Vehicle Line/Functional objectives (TGWs, R/1000, CPU). • Coordinate all current model projects into BSAQ and link to Form 4 ( including, Design, STA, Process, etc.) • Review all forward model BSAQ projects for consensus of plan and affect to TGW / R/1000 / CPU • Identify and align ECB to Plant internal QLS and verify containment • Initiate Stop-ships and manage initial containment for plant, supplier, and design related items • Identify and deliver current model DESIGN projects with support from Regional VFG leader • Manage and execute all running changes; Lead plant trials and prove-outs for quality, MCR, SREA; Hold, locate, test and release vehicles after plant trials • Fully support VRT and Core PD VFG leader in delivery of vehicle, subsystem, and VFG objectives • Support FCSD CMT to review emerging vehicle line concerns and initiate field part returns for analysis • Support plant VRT subsystem reviews; lead overview and design related roadmap actions • Provide launch support – address AIMS issues, OTG, White Board meetings, Start-up, OK to proceed, etc. • Lead interface with Plant and Supplier Quality on sub-system related items. • Support VQR meetings with actions to address VRT Quality Glidepath/ Roadmap. • Train new VRT members on methods of Ford Quality, Design and Release, and Supplier Quality. Required Qualifications and Competencies: • Engineering degree or relevant engineering experience • 5-7 year of experiences in Quality background (Automotive preferred) • Design and release experience in an engineering team for a complete Program Cycle • Have experience to work across region and work with multi cultural cross functional team • Good problem solving and issue resolution experience • Desired leadership behaviors include drive for results, diversity and technical excellence • Good computer skill in Microsoft Office • Good in English communication skill

Product Development Engineer Interior/Chassis/Electrical Principal Responsibilities and Duties: • Provide the onsite support for the given commodities within interior/chassis/electrical • Provide a single point of contact for the engineering discipline in the assembly plant for the LVEA & Regional Engineering team • Issue identification and resolution of local commodities and launch • Work with local supply base to deliver localized version; and work with supplier to develop parts on time and with quality to support new vehicle launch • Perform primary engineer duties on vehicle launches onsite at assembly plant including root cause analysis as issues arise • Identify containment actions for issues during build to contain remaining vehicle and institute permanent fixes • Ensure localized system designs are robustly engineered using latest quality tools to meet program attributes including cost and weight • Ensure open and productive communication between internal and external customer Required Qualifications and Competencies: • Engineering degree or relevant engineering experience • Minimum of 3 year; and more senior level of experiences in a functional Engineering role will be preferable • Previous experience in vehicle product development processes and project management idea • Design and release experience in an engineering team for a complete Program Cycle • Have experience to work across region and work with multi cultural cross functional team • Good problem solving and issue resolution experience • Desired leadership behaviors include drive for results, diversity and technical excellence • Good computer skill in Microsoft Office • Good in English communication skill

Field Service Engineer Position Purpose: To support and help dealerships in service engineer related issues also, to support the customer concerns cases by working closely with CAC / Field Operations team. Principal Responsibilities & Duties: •To provide supportive service engineering actions to the dealerships. •To consult and support dealers in technical process / problems including field visits. •To ensure that dealerships have full understanding of field engineer process. •To lead & coordinate with CAC team for solving the customers’ concerns related to technical issues. Required Qualifications and Competencies: •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. MBA is a plus •More than 3 years of field experience in both direct / related business •High analytical skills in technical problem solving. Good communication in both written and verbal skills. Presentation skills, Good in automotive engineering’ knowledge. •Technical service engineer, manufacturing, industrial process. •Analytical skill, communication skill •Leadership skill, management skill, motivation skill, good-team players. •This position is required to travel extensively across nation-wide. •He / she should have good aptitude and potential to grow in the future assignments.

SEO Operation Specialist Principal Responsibilities and Duties: • Responsible for the provision of SEO deliverable to market e.g. Publications, Tools, Equipment, Training, Diagnostics, FSA and TSB Support, necessary to support vehicle programs. These functions are both up and downstream, or pre- and postlaunch • Administrator and coordinate Global SEO/CSO Policies and Procedures to support SEO and CSO deliverables in the Asia Pacific Region • Implement regional metrics that enable ongoing tracking of CSO deliverables • Analyze and document all CSO launch activity requirements in the designated market location, and report directly to the allocated SEO Operations Supervisor. This may extend to other GBGs and markets based on the exports from AAT and FTMMajor and Minor Programs (Including SVPs) Required Qualifications and Competencies :• High vocational, Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering or related fields • 3 years of experience in SEO roles, automotive experience will be preferable • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Good knowledge in APA markets • Fluent English communication skill • Ability to manage critical timing and conflicting demands • Drive for results

Supply Chain Management Supervisor Principal Responsibilities and Duties: • Oversee daily operations in the Bangna Warehouse (PDC) (resource planning, stock accuracy, location utilization, safety, 5S, etc). • Ensure high productivity and efficiency in the warehouse to meet export and domestic customer expectations in terms of shipment delivery timing and quality. • Support continuous improvement actions in the supply chain (receiving, packaging, planographing, releasing, container loading, etc). • Support PDC cost control activities - monitoring, verification and reduction. • Ensure readiness of the PDC to support launch of new models. • Support design of specific packaging and labeling solutions. Service Parts Buyer Principal Responsibilities and Duties: • Responsible for local and oversea sourcing of Service Parts. • Lead Interior Commodity & Material Cost Reduction Project • Lead the Purchasing function on new model launch activity. • Ensure Purchase Request is raised based on policy & approved at the correct authority level • Issuing of Service Parts Purchase Orders on selected suppliers for vehicles manufactured in Thailand. • Negotiate with suppliers on issues relevant to Pricing, Delivery lead-time to meet the markets requirements. • Coordinate to develop Service Parts’ packaging with both sub-contractor and supplier to meet the required specification. • Negotiate on issues, which Supplier has proposed, to Revise/Amend any Condition on the base PO. • Coordinating with supplier for Export privileges. • Any other related duties as determined by management required.

Required Qualifications and Competencies: • Bachelor’s in Engineering or any related field. • 3-5 years in Production Parts Purchasing especially for automotive industry • Good command of English both written and speaking • Strong negotiation • Supplier interaction
