High Schools in NEFEC’s Member Districts Excel in the US News and World Ranking Report

Each year the U.S. News & World Report releases their annual rankings of the best high schools in the nation. Based on their performance on state assessments and how well they prepare students for college the high schools were awarded a gold, silver or bronze medal. The North East Florida Educational Consortium is honored to announce the following schools in our member districts received medals. Gold P. K. Yonge Developmental Research School - Ranked 38th within Florida Silver Chiefland Middle High School - Ranked #144 within Florida Matanzas High School - Ranked #160 within Florida Bronze Dixie County High School – Ranked #179 within Florida Flagler-Palm Coast High School – Ranked #183 within Florida Cedar Key High School – Nationally Recognized Lafayette High School – Nationally Recognized Trenton High School – Nationally Recognized
