OIC — Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) Schools Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) EPS / Division Coordinator Public Schools District Supervisor Division Office Department Heads Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads 1. The City Schools Division of Dasmarifias will be holding capability building cum workshop on January 28- 29, 2016 at Dasmarifias National High School. 2. This two- day Training Workshop aims to: 2.1 Enhance the capability of Schools Division Technical Assistance Team in the delivery of TA servicesusing the principles of adult learning; 2.2 Familiarize the participants in the TA Framework, Mechanism System and Process; 2.3 Intensify facilitation skills to improve communication competence; 2.4 Strengthen TA through research-based interventions; 2.5 Revitalize the moral values and ideals on TA delivery; 2,6 Come up with workshop outputs that will be useful in the delivery of TA services. 3. Participants to this activity are the EPS / Division Coordinator, Public Schools District Supervisor,Division Office Department Heads, and School Heads. (Please see enclosure no. 1 for the list of participants) 4. Participants are also advised to bring the following 4.a. laptop and extension cord, pocket wifi 5. There will be no registration fee to be collected. Funds for this purpose are chargeable against Division MOOE subject to usual accounting and auditing procedures. 6. Attached to this Memorandum are the matrices of activities, opening and closing program. 7. Immediate dissemination of the Memorandum is sincerely desired.
