Front Entrance Improvements In the coming days we’ll be sending out a letter with details of these improvements along with a meeting invitation encouraging attendance, as a special assessment to cover the costs will impact all homeowners. This meeting will be in Aprilmore to come!
POA Dues As we’ve noticed delays in receipt of annual POA dues, effective March 1 we have implemented a late fee policy: If dues aren’t received within 30 days of the due date, a past due reminder will go out. If dues are still not received at 60 days, $10 will be charged as a late fee on top of your dues, and $10 for every 30 days thereafter that they’re not received. The annual notice to pay your dues will go out April 1st.

Neighborhood Safety We’ve received feedback that several garage doors are being left open overnight, as well as open and empty during the day. While we’ve been fortunate thus far not to have any reports of breakins in The Orchards, we’re certain you agree that we’d like to keep it that way! So take a moment to check your garage door before you bed down for the night or before you head off to work, school or run those errands.
