More than 500 entrepreneurs, innovators and creative businesses have called The Trampery Home. About Traveltech Lab The Trampery launched Traveltech Lab in 2015 in collaboration with London & Partners, the Mayor of London’s official promotional agency. As the UK’s first dedicated programme for innovators in travel and tourism Traveltech Lab has fostered a host of the sector’s most successful startups including Much Better Adventures, Esplorio and BD4Travel. At the same time, it has attracted industry leading corporate partners including Collinson Group, IBS Software Solutions, Expedia and Hilton. Traveltech Lab is rapidly expanding its offering for the global travel tech community, including one of London’s most forward thinking business support programmes for new startups and a new mentor-driven accelerator programme for Travel Tech startups created with two of Expedia’s leading brands. To support the launch and delivery of these programmes, The Trampery is looking for a brilliant Programme Coordinator to join the team.
Duties included ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ●
Support planning and coordination of a programme and its activities Event delivery support on a range of events including entrepreneur masterclasses, keynote speaker events and engagement events. Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions Manage communications for programme through media relations, social media etc. Help build positive relations within the team and external parties Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda Ensure implementation of policies and practices Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.) Prepare paperwork and order materials Keep updated records and create reports for stakeholders Support growth and programme development Collaborate with other Trampery team members as relevant.
Requirements ● ● ● ● ● ●
Interest and familiarity with creative sector or startup scene. Proven attention to detail, and experience using CRM databases. Experience in organising events. Excellent communication skills. Enthusiasm for innovation and new ideas. Comfortable working in a small team and taking initiative.
