Waterstone Resorts & Vacation Homes, 2005-2011 President and Chief Executive Officer, Founder, Minority Owner Managed more than 900 vacation and long term rentals and 60 employees. Generated more than $10 million in annual gross revenue in less than 3 years. Produced over 70,000 occupied room nights since forming the company. Responsible for six condominium associations. ResortQuest International, Inc., 2003-2005 General Manager, ResortQuest Southwest Florida Managed 2,400 vacation rentals, across 13 offices over a 130 mile radius. Directly responsible for more than $25 million of revenue. Increased EBITDA over 80% in a two year period. Directly responsible for more than 100 employees.
