1. India has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Madhya Pradesh Energy Efficiency Improvement Investment Program – Tranche 2 and it is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contract named above. 2. The Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co. Ltd. (MPMKVVCL) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following: Supply of materials, survey, consumer indexing, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11KV feeders under Feeder Separation program, installation of distribution transformers and associated L.T. works for separation of domestic and agricultural consumers in rural areas against Bid Identification No. MPMKVVCL/FSP/F-25 of Datia district of balance portion of original contract which has been terminated on default of the Contractor at risk and cost basis of 11KV Feeder Separation Project: Package No.

3. International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's SingleStage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries. 4.

Pay a non refundable fee of Rs. 25,000 or US$395 by demand draft or banker's cheque payable to AO, (HOAU), MPMKVVCL, Bhopal (MP) India The Bidders may submit their bid with downloaded Bid document along with bidding document fee up to due date and time. Bidders may please note that hard copy of Bid Document will not be sold.

6. A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM on 27 August 2015 at O/o MD Nishtha Parisar, Govindpura, Bhopal. 7.

Bidders must deliver their bids:   

to the address above at or before 2.00 PM, on 30 September 2015 together with Bid Security of the amount specified in the Section 2 Bid Datasheet

8. Technical bids will be opened at 3.00 PM on 30 September 2015 in the presence of bidders' representatives who chose to attend at the address above. Late bid will be rejected. The date of opening of Price bids shall be intimated to eligible bidders. 9. MPMKVVCL will not be responsible for costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the delivery or preparation of bids.
