Dr-rringthe courseof discussionsin the NFIR's PNM meetingheld with the Railway Iloardou l0lr'& l lth April 2015,the OfficialSideadvisedthatas per feedbackreceivedfrom Railways/tJnits the exerciseof restructuring and consequential benefitsto the staff is near completion.-l'he Federation while disagreeing with the reply has explainedthat unduedelay has taken place in filling of the vacanciesexistedas on 0lllll2013. The Federationalso insistedthat allcadythereis inordinatedelayof over 1t/z!a&ts,henceproformafixation needs to bc given to the stafl'w.e.f.0111112013. The Federation also remindedthe Board during discussioltthat in the past the beneflt of profbrma fixation was given to staff w.e.f. 0l ll | 12003 andsintilardccisiorrneedsto be takennow. NIrlR, therefore"requeststhe RailwayBoard to grantof proformafixation to the staff againstvacanciesw.e.f. U 11112013. A copy of the instructionsissuedmay be endorsedto the ljedcration.
