Uniforms (following info is a summary from the Handbook, please review the Handbook for additional information) Yes, we understand Choir is a performance class and that a uniform is required to participate. We know we are responsible for purchasing the uniform through the Avondale Choir Boosters. If my student requires a new uniform (because kids grow!), we are responsible for purchasing a new uniform or used uniform if available. Scholarships and payment plans are available if needed. Middle School - $20 – Tux shirt High School - $125 dress/tux (replacement uniforms - may be discounted if full uniform is not required) Parent Initials

Solo & Ensemble (following info is a summary from the Handbook, please review the Handbook for additional information) Middle School - S&E is not required but strongly encouraged for 8th graders. 7th graders must take private voice lessons to participate. High School - S&E is mandatory for Concert Choir. Highly recommended for Women’s Chorus and Mixed Chorus.  $20 for solos and $35 for duets ($17.50 / singer)  $30 accompanist fee per event We understand we are responsible for S&E fees and accompanist fees, if applicable to our student. Lead Choir Parent Parents, your participation is necessary and appreciated for the Choir program to be successful. We are looking for one parent from each choir to help coordinate parent volunteers, permission slips, etc. Please let us know if you are willing to be the “Lead Choir Parent” for your student’s choir. All parents are Choir Boosters, so please join us at a Choir Booster meeting! Meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month at 7 pm at AMS Media Center.
