DIGITAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT: This particular role is more technical: This vital and fast-paced position requires an action-oriented, technically competent, and flexible problem-solver with excellent communication skills. The team provides support for all Digital & Device topics including Kindle device support, Appstore, Amazon Instant Video (AIV), Cloud Drive, MP3 and Games & Software downloads (DSV). The team supports our customers via Email, Chat and Phone. Location: Cape Town, South Africa
Operating Hours: Monday – Sunday 06h00 -24h00 Working Hours: Full Time (40 hours splited in 4 or 5 days) Salary: 1100 usd
