Old Business: • Review Staff Appreciation Week: Decorations, Communications, Donations/Food, Gifts, Volunteers reviewed. PTO will provide paper products and utensils in the future and clarification on food items needed will be on the Sign-Up Genius so there is enough of each donated item for all staff. • Review of Family Fun Night: double balloon art or split the locations up for each artist next year, may help the flow. Volunteer feedback was good, well organized, additional volunteers for the obstacle course for future events to avoid kids entering or exiting halfway through. Approximately 122 families used presale ordering. PTO will work on how to make a more clear and distinct ending time and clean up clarifications for volunteers. The event made approximately $2,449.00. Thank You cards will be written for donations received, volunteer drawing will be done and winners contacted. New Business: • Budget and Fundraising: o Box Tops: new blurb needed to send out baggies for summer break. • Communications/Odds & Ends o Summer Meeting date determined – 6/7 @ 9:00 am to discuss 2017/18 school year o Book Box donation of $40 from PTO for Mrs. Braunagel’s class lending library
