RECLASSIFICATION OF MUNICIPALITIES IN THE PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1982, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 465.

The Regional Director for Local Government Finance, Region R, the Provincial Governor, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the Provincial Treasurer and Provincial Auditor of Misamis Oriental, the Municipal Mayors, the Sangguniang Bayan and the Municipal Treasurers of different municipalities involved and Others Concerned.
Pursuant to Section 5 of Presidential Decree No. 465, the following municipalities in the province of Misamis Oriental are hereby reclassified effective July 1, 1982, on the basis of their average annual income actually realized during the last four (4) consecutive calendar years (19781981), as certified by the Commission on Audit in its letter dated December 13, 1982, as follows: MUNICIPALITIES 1. The foregoing classifications shall be the basis for determining the maximum amounts expendable for salaries and wages, representation allowances, administrative aids and other statutory contributions in the adoption of the annual budgets as well as the maximum salary rates of municipal officials and employees concerned in accordance with existing law and regulations.
